Distillery Booths: Click here to download the spreadsheet to tell us what beverages you are bringing to the Festival, along with your requested quantities. Email the form to alexw@showspan.com by October 1, 2025. Once received, Festival Management will review your requested quantities and make adjustments based on industry knowledge. Once quantities have been confirmed, we will email you the updated order for your review and signature. The signed form must be returned to Alex by WHAT DATE? ONLY spirits with MLCC will be ordered by the Festival. The CAA will purchase the product based on the agreed quantities and store it in an inventory control room.
Other Beverage Booths: Click here to download the spreadsheet to tell us what beverage you are bringing to the Festival along with the quantities you are ordering through your distributor. Email the form to alexw@showspan.com October 1, 2025. You are responsible for sharing this order with your distributor so they can order the product and have it delivered to DeVos Place. Festival Management does NOT order the items listed. Products must be delivered to the Lyon Street or Michigan Street docks during the assigned time from Chris Machuta (Inventory Control Manager) beginning Tuesday, November 18 through Thursday, November 20.
Alcoholic Beverage Buy Back – The CAA has obtained a Special Alcohol License that allows for unopened products to be sold back to the distributor/winery/brewery/cidery at the close of the Festival.
At the conclusion of the Festival on Saturday, November 22, the CAA will inventory the unopened products which will be returned to the appropriate distributor/winery/brewery/cidery. An invoice will be supplied reflecting the unopened product. The distributors/wineries/breweries/cideries will take the unopened product with them or set up an appointment for pickup AFTER the Festival close or Sunday morning with the Inventory Control Manager.
