Contact Art Craft Display for rental furnishings, labor services, freight handling, forklift services, carpet, banner hanging and more at an additional fee OR you may bring your own. Booths include a 8′ high back drape, 3′ high side drape, a skirted 6′ or 8′ table, 1 chair, and a wastebasket.

All booths come with complimentary credentials for your workers, as well as 6 Guest Passes for friends, family or customers. If you need more passes to the show, VIP tickets are a great way to provide tickets to your friends, family & customers at a reduced rate of 50% off.
In the event you do not carry General Business Liability Insurance, we have made arrangements for our exhibitors to acquire coverage at a significant savings, with JD Fulwiler & Company Insurance.

MOVE-IN
Thursday, November 20, 8am-4pm (Special Event in the evening, please make sure all your supplies are inside your booth space before you leave.)
Move in for the Ballroom (The Vineyard) and Hall C (Beer City Station) locations ONLY
Friday, November 21, 8am-12pm (Industry Event begins @ 1pm). Booths located in the Grand Gallery and Secchia Lobby can only move in on Friday.
Move in for the Grand Gallery location (RendezBREW: Coffee, Cordials & Desserts), the Secchia Lobby (Meijer Marketplace booths) and (The Vineyard) and Hall C (Beer City Station) continues.
Beer City Station & RendezBREW Cafe Exhibitors: Use the Michigan Street dock. Traffic controllers at dock doors will direct exhibitors into the Michigan St.
The Vineyard, Meijer Marketplace & Barrel Room Exhibitors: Use the Lyon Street dock (Lyon St. is the access road between Amway Grand Plaza Hotel & DeVos Place).
Friday Only: 8am-12pm – Use the service elevator (access through the double doors in the middle of the parking area below DeVos Place).
FREIGHT/MOVE IN DOCKS
• DeVos Place Freight/move-in doors are located on the NE corner of Michigan Street at Monroe Avenue and on Lyon Street, off Monroe Avenue.
• Cross traffic turns are NOT allowed entering or exiting DeVos Place during move-in and move-out.

MOVE-OUT
• Saturday, November 22, Move out starts: 9:15pm – Once all patrons have exited the building, we will begin using the overhead doors and service elevators.
• Sunday, November 23, Move out resumes: 9am – All exhibits must be removed by 11am, No exceptions.
Restaurant and Food Booth exhibitors should plan to attend one of our Restaurant walkthroughs on 10/21 and 10/30 8:30am-9:30am at DeVos Place. This gives exhibitors a chance to tour the venue, locate the available docks, find the dishwasher and prep area, see their booth location, and ask any questions that may come up before the festival.

This event invites small and large grocers, specialty food and beverage establishments, restaurateurs; and many more, looking for great new products to carry. A business card from a MLCC licensed business and ID are required for entry to the event. Check-in at the Industry Booth on the 3rd Floor of DeVos Place.

DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 11, 2025
Small plate restaurants and gourmet specialty food booths are required to bring their own POS system to accept cash and credit card sales. Participants may also use the Festival digital ticketing system to accept payment. Any tasting tickets accepted will have a 20% service fee deducted from the total payout. If you would like to use the digital system, fill out the form here to reserve the equipment and email a W-9 to Alexw@showspan.com by November 1 to receive payment by December 15. Forms received after November 1 will have a longer payout timeline.
